1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be new and unused.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and items originally supplied with the product.
Be in a resalable condition unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used or damaged products (unless defective).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label free of charge and instructions for returning the item by mail.

Please do not send your return until you have received our return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Returns are made by mail.

A free prepaid return label is included with the return instructions.

No restocking fee is charged.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement or a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you may return it according to this Return Policy.
